Our latest feature from chef is making waves in the dining room here in Commerce Township. Lately, we’ve been offering Cacio e Pepe with a tableside preparation.

The classic dish is made with our housemade linguine noodles, tossed while hot in a Pecorino Romano cheese wheel until saucy, and finished with freshly grated black pepper. Available for a limited time as a Chef Feature!
