This is what you need to recreate this box:

-7x5 charcuterie box with lid (Amazon)
-honey stick (Amazon)
-8 slices mild Italian salami (Columbus brand)
-1 wedge from 4 oz double creme brie (President)
-4 pieces of Manchego (Costco)
-4 pieces of Double cheddar chive & onion (trader Joe's)
-Fruit: 3 grapes, 1 strawberry, 3 blackberries, 6 blueberries
- 2 dried apricots
-3 candied pecans
- 3 chocolate pomegranates
#50 provolone cheese cut out with fondant number set

My Signature Summer Series: Every Tuesday I'll teach you how to become a mini charcuterie pro in 30 seconds or less.

Save this and come back every Tuesday for a mini lesson on how to cut and style cheeses, meats and fruits to make the perfect charcuterie board.

Today I started with my FAVORITE cheese Manchego.

1. Cut off the wax rind sides
2. Use a fork to push holes in cheese so you can cut even slices
3. Style slices just like the video (I used 2 dried apricots to help)
4. Styles in order
a. Manchego zipper
b. Manchego wave to the left (you can also go right)
c. Manchego dragon tail (like the spikes on a dragon's tail)
d. Manchego wave left and right
e. Manchego fan flat
f. Manchego runner with a curve

Remember it looks better when you use an odd number of slices.

The waxy rind is not edible, so cut off the sides, but keep the other part of the rind for color and texture on your boards.

I do try and accommodate every order even if it's last minute, but honestly sometimes I just can't.

I also didn't want to post this because I really don't want to do these all the time.

My repeat customer who is an amazing party planner Nicole DeLuca threw her husband a Lilo and Stitch themed party last year and I did a grazing table for them on their kitchen island (see pictures).

I saw this tutorial on Pinterest by Rachel ✨Entertaining Designer & Stylist how to carve this watermelon and went for it.

My said customer was doing a tropical themed party for her client and asked if I could do a Stitch watermelon again.

It's actually pretty easy and probably would only have taken me 30 minutes, but filming and cleaning up as I went it took longer.
