Food truck season is creeping up. With that being said, we want to inform you that Steaks & Cakes will not be operating this year from the food truck. We will still be doing cheesecakes to order though! Below is Käsekuchen (a traditional German cheesecake) that will be sent to Silverbrook Intermediate School. We have S'MORES cheesecake (graham cracker crust, marshmallow in the cream cheese, chocolate ganache topping, topped with your traditional s'mores) and WHITE CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY cheesecake (oreo crust, white chocolate in the cream cheese, raspberry swirl, topped with white chocolate shavings and a raspberry) this weekend!
