Time for Farmer's Market!

Starting this weekend, The Idle Hour will be open on Saturdays from 7:30 to 2:00. We will be serving breakfast all day, and have a limited lunch menu.

We have missed you. Come in and see us and enjoy this year's market.

Thank you again to all those that have made the last 12 1/2 years such a great success. We will miss you all.

We are at the restaurant cleaning today and tomorrow. I still have photography for sale if anyone is interested. Just call (262-334-9600) to make sure we are still around. I can come in by appointment after that.

We are sad to have to say that we will be closing The Idle Hour at the end of business on the 27th of November. There are so many factors that have gone into this decision and it was a hard one to make.

The hardest part will be losing all of our great Clientele. Many of you have become very good friends and we will miss you very much. We thank everyone for your fantastic support over the last 12 1/2 years. You have made it a joy to have the restaurant and it has been an honor to serve you.

We hope to see you at some time in the future and hope we have a chance to say goodbye before the end of the month.

The Idle Hour will be closed Monday, May 31, in honor of those who gave their lives fighting for our Country.

We want to thank those who have served and are still serving, and express our gratitude to the families who lost loved ones in an effort to keep us free.

We will reopen at 9am Tuesday, June 1. Have a great weekend!
