Lots of chatter and rightfully so!!
If you've followed this journey over the years, you know I'm not afraid to pivot when something doesn't feel right!
Funny enough though, I can't even eat gluten, so owning a pasta restaurant felt a little ironic and upside down to me...
I wanted to build a place that reflects how my family eats—fresh, customizable, fast, and packed with flavor. The truth is, this has been the dream all along. I've been working on this concept for nearly 15 years, and it's finally getting its moment.
Cibare is all about fresh food, fast. We're serving signature salads, wraps, build-your-own creations, specialty drinks, coffee, and easy online ordering. Healthy food shouldn't be boring, and fast food doesn't have to leave you feeling guilty.
I've learned,that you have to be willing to close one chapter or multiple, to make room for the one you were always meant to write. Change can be scary, but staying where your heart isn't, is even scarier. life is to short friends đź’ś live it happy!!
