Three new dishes have joined the menu at The Orville this month, and we couldn’t pick just one to share 🌿

🫜 Beet Carpaccio — $8
Marinated roasted beets, whipped goat cheese, orange supreme, and pistachio dukkah.

🍚 Summer Ricotta Gnocchi — $24
Carrot ginger summer squash purée, orange beet coulis, sautéed cherry tomatoes, zucchini, and whipped goat cheese.

🦀 Crab Cakes — $18
Three generously packed crab cakes served with remoulade, fresh greens tossed in a citrus vinaigrette, orange supreme slices, radish, and fresh herbs.

One of the highlights of this dish is its cherry glaze, made with cherries from the cherry tree behind The Orville. The flavor is subtle—a gentle whisper of cherry that perfectly complements the salmon.

Served with garlic butter snap peas, preserved lemon, herb salad, cured radish, summer squash, and an orange-lemon beurre blanc.

Hello everyone! Happy start to Summer ☀️

My name is Allison, and I am the Event Manager for Timmer’s Resort, The Norbert, and The Orville. Some of you may recognize me already 😃 I was formerly the Event Coordinator for Timmer’s Resort before the ownership change in 2025. I returned at the start of June 2026, and I am excited to be here with you!

Tony and Angie have done a wonderful job making Timmer’s feel warm and welcoming upon reopening, and I will follow suit 🥰 I love creating memorable events for families and corporate groups alike. I will take the time to tell you about our properties, available spaces, pricing and menu options, and get to know you throughout the planning process! I love to connect with guests and make them feel at home. Your job is to have a great time, and mine is to take care of the details.
