1-trim off fat and silver skin
2- flip flop ver and repeat step 1
3- strip up and chunk
4- fill tote
5- refrigerate
6- heat pans with olive oil
7- throw in chunks
8- season and cook

9 & 10- ARE ON YOU- come order and eat

We would like to thank everyone for coming out to dinner at Bloomers on Tuesday nights, when we were there. It was a tough start to the season with the price increase on steak and not to mention everything else. The steak prices going up forced us to increase our prices.
And not one of our customers complained, we truly appreciate all of you for supporting us.
We are looking forward to the Windsor Fair (our next event) and then on to Fryeburg Fair. We hope to see some of you there, stop by and say hi.
