Any fans out there who remember Shibaby? A Cellarest brew dating back to ancient times, Pangea had only just started to separate, 2023. Our 3.5% ABV oak rested Czech Pilsner is back! Not to be confused with Shibui, Shibaby is our tiny beer with big flavor rebrewed for the modern age. Single decoction mash made with Czech Pilsner and Great Chit from . Hopped with Czech Saaz and rested cold in our oak puncheons for eight weeks. A gorgeous golden hue with the same soft oak and mild lemon-pepper notes you may recall. Travel back in time with side-pull tankard pours, or half pours if you prefer. In cans next Wednesday 5/20.

A Hauntingly Nice Time in the Woodlands, a neigh-beer made with our neighbors next door is on draft! For the 1 year anniversaries of , .tattoo and we’re tapping a celebratory acacia foudre fermented keller pilsner! ’s Avalon Pilsner, Munich and Great Chit malt, hopped with Audacia and fermented with our favorite German lager yeast. Soft, rounded edges with notes of huckleberry and lilac. Big shindig tomorrow 5/9 with from 4-7p, .avl serving 2-9p, vendor and artist market from 12-6pm and a whole lot more next door! Sapling Jack is back! The 2026 vintage of our oak rested wild saison was fermented with a single wild culture foraged from local peach trees. Rested on North Carolina grown Vidal and Chambourcin grape skins, courtesy of our good friends . Made with ’s Six-Row Pilsner malt and 40% raw wheat, aged Mt. Hood and aged Galaxy hops. Draft pours and bottles to-go with art by available in the taproom!

Dapper, our brand new West Coast Pilsner for East Coast Western North Carolinians, is on tap. Cumberland Pilsner and Great Chit malt from , a Krush Lupomax and Hallertau Mittelfrüh hopping. Fermented in acacia with German lager yeast. Creamsicle and guava notes with a delightfully dry finish served in sixteen and eight ounce draft pours now, in cans to-go Tuesday 5/5.

On Again/Off Again part of our three part collab with has landed! On Again, the helles we brewed with the Fonta fam here at 395 Haywood, was made from a base of ’s Southern Select and Great Chit malt. Hopped with Loral in the kettle, fermented inside our acacia wood foudre with our best German lager yeast, rested on fresh orange zest and Wu She Medium oolong tea from .tea. Full pours and half pours on draft now, in cans soon!
