🥗 Even the croutons are homemade!

It’s the little things that make a difference. ❤️

Theresa, one of our wonderful kitchen supervisors, made a fresh batch of our homemade garlic bread croutons today — golden, crispy, garlicky, and so good!

We make them right here at Mama Mia’s, and they’re the perfect finishing touch on our Caesar Salad and Chicken Caesar Salad.

Freshly made. Full of flavor. Just the way we like to do things at Mama Mia’s. 🇮🇹❤️

🌟 June Mama Mia MVP Employee of the Month 🌟

Congratulations to our June Mama Mia MVP, Tim Mizgala! 🎉

Tim has been an important part of the Mama Mia team since December 2021, and we're so grateful for everything he does behind the scenes. His signature move? Keeping every dish, pan, and piece of silverware sparkling clean! ✨🍽️ His attention to detail helps keep our kitchen running smoothly every single day.

When asked about his favorite Mama Mia food, Tim didn't hesitate: "Pizza, of course!" 🍕 And his favorite shift to work? Anything but Saturday! 😄

When he's not at work, Tim enjoys spending time with his kids and grandkids.

🌟 May Mama Mia MVP 🌟

Congratulations to our May Mama Mia MVP, Jenny! 🎉

Jenny has been a valued part of the Mama Mia's family since August 2024, serving as both a hostess and busser. Voted MVP by her peers, Jenny is known for her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and her signature move—always on the move with the vacuum, making sure our restaurant stays spotless and welcoming for every guest! 🧹✨

When she's not keeping Mama Mia's looking its best, Jenny is busy being an amazing mom. Her life revolves around her kids and all of their activities. Her daughter, who also works at Mama Mia's as a hostess, keeps her busy with gymnastics, while her son keeps her cheering from the baseball sidelines. ⚾🤸‍♀️

Jenny's favorite meal is our Grilled Cheese with meat sauce, and her favorite shift to work is Saturdays because of the great energy and teamwork that come with a busy weekend.
