A great day of learning, tasting, and discovering what’s new in our industry! 🍕🍽️

Several members of our Mama Mia’s West Allis team attended the Performance Foodservice Industry Show at Potawatomi Casino today. It was a great opportunity to explore new products, equipment, ideas, and trends—and, of course, sample a few things along the way!

A big thank you to Performance Foodservice for putting together such an informative and enjoyable show. We always appreciate the opportunity to learn, connect, and bring new ideas back home to Mama Mia’s.

And a special thank you to our sales representative, Russ St. Denis, for all he does for us throughout the year. We truly appreciate your support and partnership!

🌟🍕 MAMA MIA’S AUGUST MVP — TONY ROBERTO! 🍕🌟

We’re excited to announce that Tony Roberto has been chosen as our August Mama Mia’s MVP — Most Valuable Player!

Tony has been part of the Mama Mia’s family for almost 4 years. He was nominated by one of his peers and then selected as our August MVP for the hard work and dedication he brings to Mama Mia’s every week.

As a Kitchen Assistant, Tony definitely keeps things moving! He rolls hundreds of our pizza crusts every week, makes pizzas, is great with our customers, and has recently taken on another important role — learning how to make our signature Mama Mia’s bread! 🍞🍕

And apparently he loves it! When we asked Tony his favorite shifts to work, he answered Sundays and Mondays — “because I love to roll bread.” ❤️

Tony describes his signature move at work as his “fast pace,” and anyone who works alongside him can certainly confirm that!

When he’s not at Mama Mia’s, Tony enjoys spending time with the people he loves and working on his lowrider. And his favorite Mama Mia’s food? It’s a toss-up between a sausage sandwich and spaghetti. 🍝

As our August MVP, Tony received his Mama Mia’s MVP certificate and a $20 Starbucks gift card. ☕️

Congratulations, Tony! Thank you for 4 years of hard work, for continuing to learn and take on new responsibilities, and for being such a valuable part of the Mama Mia’s team. We appreciate you! ❤️

🥗 Even the croutons are homemade!

It’s the little things that make a difference. ❤️

Theresa, one of our wonderful kitchen supervisors, made a fresh batch of our homemade garlic bread croutons today — golden, crispy, garlicky, and so good!

We make them right here at Mama Mia’s, and they’re the perfect finishing touch on our Caesar Salad and Chicken Caesar Salad.

Freshly made. Full of flavor. Just the way we like to do things at Mama Mia’s. 🇮🇹❤️
