No matter how much you know about cooking or even being a chef or line cook, you should always be humble and willing to learn new things. You never have to think that you are "too good" at cleaning floors, peeling vegetables, and / or making broth. In fact, some of my best memories are when I started as a dishwasher, but sometimes my team needs help and I go back to my beginnings and washing dishes, it has been said, this time that serves to reflect on the importance of helping others.
