The people who bought our building also have a Mexican restaurant. So give them a try. I would think they will be open relatively soon after we close. Their name I believe will be La Salsa. Not 100% sure on name. Food is good, so check them out. They have another restaurant on Oklahoma.

Pico de Gallo Recipe

Tomato
Cucumber
Yellow onion
Jalapeño
Cilantro
Avocado
Salt
Fresh squeezed Lemon

Those are the ingredients I don’t have a set amount of this or that. Just depends on the mix you are looking for. Personally I like spicy so add more Jalapeno and avocado. If just want for flavor add those two sparingly which we do at the restaurant.

It is with a sad but ready heart we will be closing Señor Sol. We have decided to retire. We want to thank you all for your patronage over the last 20 years. We will be open until 10/30/23. Please stop in for your last Señor Sol fix before we close.
