Seventy33 Coffee Co.

09/04/2026

**A little fun, silly post before we get back to the build updates… 😂🐾**

We figured it was time to introduce **Coco — Seventy33’s newly appointed Chief Patio Inspector.**

Since we’re planning a pet-friendly patio at Seventy33, somebody has to make sure it’s actually up to **pet standards**. Coco stopped by the job site for her first official inspection and, so far, she seems to approve.

And this won’t be her last visit. **Coco will be a regular around the coffee house**, so you’ll probably see her checking on the patio, greeting some of her four-legged neighbors, and making sure we don’t forget who this part of the project is really for. 🐾

Her priorities are pretty simple: plenty of room for the pups, fresh water, comfortable places to hang out, and absolutely no cutting corners when it comes to treats.

She takes the position very seriously. 😂

Now that management has completed her first inspection, **we’ll get back to the construction updates.** We have a lot of progress to show you! ☕️

**Whoever said dreams don’t come true… ☕**

This project didn’t exactly start the way we thought it would.

When plans for another coffee shop at 7033 W National Ave didn’t work out, we had a decision to make. We could walk away from the idea — or we could take everything we had learned, believe in the vision for this property, and build something of our own.

**And somewhere along the way, Seventy33 Coffee Co. was born.**

What started as plans on paper is now becoming real. Walls are going up. The building is taking shape. And little by little, we’re getting closer to opening the doors to a place we hope becomes part of this neighborhood for a very long time.

From the beginning, we promised that we wouldn’t just show you the finished product. **We’re bringing you along for the build.**

The progress.
The decisions.
The setbacks.
The wins.
And eventually… that first cup of coffee. ☕️

Because Seventy33 isn’t being built just *in* West Allis. We want it to be built **with West Allis in mind** — a neighborhood coffee shop where people meet, work, slow down, bring their dogs, sit on the patio, and actually feel part of a community.

Over the next several days and throughout the rest of construction, we’re going to start sharing a lot more of what’s happening behind the scenes.

So if you’ve been wondering what’s happening at **7033 W National Ave…** along our GC NovaLUX Homes

**This is the beginning.**

Follow along. We have a lot to show you. 🖤

☕🏗️ **POV: When your dream is finally starting to become reality.**

We know it’s been a long road.

If you’ve been following the journey of Seventy33 Coffee Co., you’ve probably wondered when construction would finally take off. The truth is that redevelopment projects, permitting, engineering reviews, and approvals often take much longer than anyone expects.

But, we can honestly say we see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Momentum is building.

We’ve started preparing for footings, and as soon as our final plumbing review is complete, we’ll be moving into rough plumbing and rough electrical. From there, things are going to start changing quickly.

From day one, our goal has been to bring the community along for the entire journey—not just the finished product. That’s why we’re committed to sharing the wins, challenges, milestones, and transformation every step of the way.

This isn’t just a coffee shop. It’s a community gathering place being built from the ground up right here in West Allis.

We’re also working behind the scenes on launching our **Founders Club**, along with some exclusive merchandise for those who want to be part of the story from the beginning. Stay tuned for details, early access opportunities, and some pretty cool gear.

Thank you for your patience, support, encouragement, and belief in this vision. The best part of the journey is still ahead.

🔥 Seventy33 Coffee Co. is officially in motion. 🔥

We’ve been working behind the scenes designing something different — not just another coffee shop, but a space built around quality, consistency, and community.

Think:
• Elevated coffee without the pretentious feel
• A calm, welcoming atmosphere for professionals & families
• A space where you can bring your dog, meet a friend, or just reset for a minute

Construction is underway, and we’re getting closer every day.

We have loved West Allis before everyone thought it was even cool!!!

but this is why we love the city and the strong community it is becoming.

Mayor Dan Devine has been doing an amazing job. Can’t wait to see our business here and continue to be part of this community.

We're in the championship!!

West Allis has advanced to the championship of the 10th annual Strongest Town Contest, and we're taking on Madison, Wisconsin! Public voting is now open and will remain available through Friday, April 3 at 9 a.m. CT. Vote: https://www.strongesttown.com/

In this bracket-style tournament, West Allis is showcasing the innovative, community-driven work that is helping the city grow stronger and more resilient. With each round, the Strongest Town Contest highlights cities that are building vibrant neighborhoods, strengthening local economies, and planning for long-term success.

☕️Something we’ve been thinking about… ☕️

“Seventy33 Founders Club”

Building Seventy33 Coffee Co. has been a big journey, and one thing we keep coming back to is this:

We don’t want it to feel like our coffee shop.

We want it to feel like the community’s coffee shop.

So we’ve been exploring an idea — creating a limited Seventy33 Founders Collection before we open.

Things like hoodies, mugs, hats, tote bags, maybe even our coffee beans — for the people who want to support the shop early and be part of the story from the beginning.

This is just a concept for now, but we’re curious…
Would you rock Seventy33 gear?
Which one would you want first?

We’ve been working on some early concepts like:
☕ Hoodies
☕ Hats
☕ Tote bags
☕ Coffee mugs
☕ Seventy33 coffee beans

Attached pictures are just a teaser!!!!
