Thank you everyone for coming today. There's never been enough words to express my gratitude and I still believe that's true.
What started a desperate attempt to find joy, has turned into something that I can't quite explain. Of course it's brought me endless joy, more than I know what to do with. However, it's also brought friendship and a place I can truly call home.
Wheatville Market isn't possible on my own. It's only because of my wonderful team, my incredible better half and the people who grace our doors every day. Without you, we simply have nothing.
West Alexandria is not only home to Wheatville, it's become a place I call home. This village has brought me more than a storefront, it's brought me lifelong friendships, trusted confidants and a team worth their weight in gold.
This day didn't just mark the grand opening of Wheatville Market. It was a day to show appreciation to the people who have made this possible.
Wheatville started as a story of an old intersection and it's turned into something bigger than myself. I'm sure glad I listened to that fortune cookie at China wok.
