Hi, I’m Rachel — the baker and creator behind Flour & Fizz, formerly known as Treat Yourself, Babe. What started as a fun treat shop quickly grew into a deep love and passion for creating experiences rooted in joy, laughter, and connection. Food and drink have always been my love language. Through baking and crafting drinks, I’ve found so much meaning in sharing something special with others — whe
ther it’s a simple treat or a moment that makes someone smile. While I’ve always operated as a home baker, my heart is calling me to offer more to my community. Flour & Fizz is growing into a self-serve farmstand where seasonal sips, sweets, and thoughtful offerings can be enjoyed in a warm, welcoming way. I can’t wait to see this dream continue to grow and to share it with the community that made it possible. At Flour & Fizz, I focus on signature cookies and cinnamon rolls while also offering a thoughtfully rotating selection of seasonal bakes. My non-alcoholic dirty sodas are a fun way to add a twist to everyday drinks and are a favorite among kids, while Lotus Energy Refreshers are my way of offering a clean, naturally sourced pick-me-up — try one and you’ll be hooked. Throughout the year, the farmstand will feature a rotating mix of offerings, from fresh produce and flowers to jams, puppy treats, and other surprises. You just never know what might be popping up, all available while supplies last, so be sure to follow along for updated hours and offerings. My signature menu is intentionally simple and thoughtfully curated, with items available for pre-order and select custom orders. If you’re planning a party, special event, or private gathering, feel free to message me about party packs and custom drink options — dirty soda bars have been a big hit. I’m always happy to help and accommodate whenever I can. At the heart of Flour & Fizz is a love for community and togetherness. Every order, kind word, and visit to the farmstand means more than you know. Thank you for supporting a small, home-based business and for letting me bake for your table — I’m so excited to keep sharing seasonal sips and sweets with you.
