It has been a journey of learning how to make all of my favorite dishes and then to share them with our customers. We started 7 years ago as a food truck trying to showcase my version of Chinese cuisine. We failed and came back in a different way. Making a business successful while trying to keep its authenticity is not easy. But here we are, one step at a time.

2024 was (is!) definitely a wild ride! We started a new chapter as we (the awesome foursome) built ! Through many late nights, sit-down meetings, tears and sweats, countless rum and tequila, excited moments, frustrating moments, and many more. I've always known what I want, but this was never what I had imagined. It's even better, wilder, crazier, and it takes me out of my box. Cheers 🍻 to an amazing year, I'm grateful for everyone that has ever supported us in everyway ! The best is yet to come🤟and cheers to my awesome foursome & Paul the challenger and the strongest backbone of it all
