💙🐾 **Important Community Update** 🐾💙

It is with sincere regret that we must announce the **temporary suspension of our Community Clinics**.

Our clinics are only possible because of the incredible dedication of our volunteers. Recently, one of our core team members—who provides critical logistics and support necessary for each clinic—sustained a very serious injury. Her recovery will require her to step away from the physical demands of the clinics for the time being.

We know how much our community depends on these clinics. They are not only an important resource for keeping pets healthy, but they also help protect families and our community by preventing the spread of zoonotic diseases through preventive care.

We understand this news will be disappointing, and we share that disappointment. Our first priority, however, is ensuring that our volunteer has the time and support she needs to heal. We ask that you please keep her in your thoughts and prayers as she recovers.

Although our clinics are temporarily paused, **No-Kill RGV Coalition remains committed to serving our community.** Our volunteers continue working every day through many other important programs, including:

🐾 Local adoptions
🚐 Transportation assistance to appointments for pets and their owners in need
🏡 Delivering pet food, enrichment, and basic care to elderly and disabled pet owners
📚 Educational programs that promote responsible pet ownership
❤️ Temporary respite care for adopted pets during family emergencies or military deployments
🤝 Free pet retention services that help keep pets with the families who love them

Behind the scenes, we also continue working toward **sustainable, long-term solutions that provide our community with year-round access to affordable, full-service veterinary care.**

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support of our volunteers. Your kindness means more than you know. We look forward to the day we can once again welcome you back to our Community Clinics.

Together, we'll get through this—and we'll be back as soon as we can.

Today's the Day Weslaco, Mid Valley and Rio Plex!!!!
In coordination with Weslaco Animal Care Services -
We're hosting an Adopt a pet event in Beautiful Downtown Weslaco!
Even thinking about adopting a loved one for you and/or your family-swing by and check it out!

We'll have food and refreshments, vendors popped up music by DJ Vision and furry ones to hang with for a little bit.

P.S. Adoption fee is waived today!!!!!
