Seven years ago, we opened our doors with a love for barbecue and a dream of building something here at home in the Rio Grande Valley.

Since then, there have been a lot of early mornings, long days, briskets on the pit, lessons learned, and thousands of people who have walked through our doors and supported what our family started.

We’ve grown a lot since those early days, but what matters to us hasn’t changed. Make good barbecue. Take care of people. Represent where we come from.

To our team, our family, and everyone who has shared a tray with us over the years, thank you for being part of this story.

Here’s to 7 years and everything still ahead. 🤝🔥

We take a jalapeño, load it up with brisket and cream cheese, wrap the whole thing in bacon, and let the smoke do its work. Then it gets finished with that glaze right over the top.
