June is National Men’s Mental Health Month. 💚🪴

We’d like to take a moment to highlight the importance of mental health and remind everyone that it is okay to ask for help when you need it most. Too often, men feel pressured to stay silent about their struggles, but seeking support is a sign of strength, not weakness.

This article explains that men’s mental health is often overlooked because many men hide their emotions or avoid seeking help due to social expectations. It emphasizes the importance of better understanding, empathy, and support for men’s mental health.

By encouraging open conversations and supporting one another, we can help break the stigma surrounding mental health.

Walking through our home, you’ll find beautiful reminders of nature all around us—trees standing tall, flowers blooming brightly, birds singing their songs, and moments of quiet peace.🫂

This magnolia flower caught my attention. In full bloom, it serves as a powerful symbol of resilience, strength, and endurance. Despite the storms it may face, it continues to grow and flourish, reminding us that we, too, have the ability to persevere through life’s challenges.

I wanted to share this small moment of beauty in hopes that it brings you a sense of peace and reflection. No matter what you may be carrying today, remember how strong you are. Like the magnolia, you have weathered difficult seasons and continue to bloom in your own unique way. 🤍🕊🦢

Take a moment today to appreciate how far you've come.

May is National Stroke Awareness Month ❤️

According to data collected in 2023, every 40 seconds someone experiences a stroke. Knowing the signs and symptoms of a stroke is extremely important, as early recognition and quick medical attention can greatly increase the chance of survival and reduce the risk of long-term disability.

A helpful way to remember the warning signs is with the acronym BE FAST:

🧠Balance Loss
🧠Eye (vision) Changes

🧠 Face drooping
🧠 Arm weakness
🧠 Speech difficulty
🧠 Time to call 911

If you or someone around you is experiencing these symptoms, seek emergency medical care immediately.

You can read more information about stroke signs, symptoms, and prevention here:

By learning and sharing the B.E. F.A.S.T. and R.Á.P.I.D.O. warning signs, you just might save a life from stroke. Plus, other symptoms. Prepare yourself and loved ones!
