Stone Summit Steak and Seafood, located in Wentzville, MO provides locally sourced ingredients, including beef, pork and produce, in a comfortable rustic-chic environment. Our menu features many steak, pork and seafood options with an emphasis on high-quality products. The menu includes many select cuts including a bone-in cappuccino rubbed Ribeye, bone-in ribeye, New York Strip and a filet mignon. Stone Summit also features the “Summit Selections”, a reasonably priced protein offering with a starch and seasonal vegetable all for one price. The “Summit Selections” are offerings such as the Summit flat-iron steak, chicken oscar, grilled pork chops and a host of others that are sure to please during every visit. A large wine list is available with the same emphasis on providing a range of options from value-priced to very high quality. Stone Summit also features a full bar serving many craft beer selections and mixed drinks. The bar also features a “Tavern Menu” available separate from the main dining room and late night. This menu will feature lighter fare such as fried calamari, yellow fin tuna, smoked wings and Prince Edward Island mussels that will pair perfectly with one of our signature cocktails.
