You kept The Roost absolutely hopping, and we’re so grateful!

🍔 139 Smash Burgers sold—someone got smashed at The Roost about every 11 minutes!

🍽️ 2,000+ food items served

🍺 800+ b**rs, cocktails, and adult beverages poured

❤️ Nearly 650 guests welcomed

⏱️ Waitlists reached almost 2 hours

All in just 26 hours of business, with only 54 seats and a microscopic kitchen cranking out nearly 80 food items every hour!

A huge thank-you to our incredible team:

🐓 Sean, our co-owner, for greeting every guest and keeping everything coordinated and moving with precision out front

❤️ Missy and Jeff, our front-of-house managers, for managing the tidal waves of guests and taking such good care of them

After being nearly impossible for us to get our hands on, Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon is FINALLY back at The Roost! 🙌

Supply is still extremely tight — we were limited to a two-bottle allocation for now — so when we say while it lasts, we really mean it.

Buffalo Trace is the flagship bourbon from the legendary Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky. At 90 proof, it’s known for being smooth and balanced, with notes of vanilla, brown sugar, toffee, dark fruit, and warm spice. The Roost is hiring an experienced bartender.

We’re looking for someone who gets faster when the bar gets busy — not flustered. Someone with hustle, personality, common sense, and the experience to know that great bartending is equal parts speed, hospitality, consistency, and attention to detail.

You should be able to make a proper cocktail, pour a proper b**r, take care of guests, keep your bar clean and stocked, work as part of a team, and handle a slammed Friday night without declaring a state of emergency.

Nights. Weekends. Holidays.
Because apparently that’s when people like to drink.
