at 3pm, chef norm (our michelin bib gourmand badass) is back breaking down another whole 40-pound fresh halibut live right in front of you. straight from local maine waters and handled with proper technique.

Our Gochujang Glazed Ribs — St. Louis style ribs rubbed with lemongrass and coriander, grilled until perfectly tender, then glazed with tamari, local honey, and spicy gochujang. Finished with sesame and scallion for that final salty-sweet punch.

This week’s special is our Local Fiddlehead Ferns at Sea Salt Fry Co — fresh-picked Maine fiddleheads sautéed in garlic, shallots, and butter until they’re perfectly crisp-tender, then served over a silky Grana Padano Budino (Italian cheese custard).
