It's with somewhat heavy hearts that we announce the closing of Papas Table. It was our honor and priviledge to have served you these past 8 years. Together, many memories were made and shared with us and we are grateful to be a part of them for so many of you. Your support and generosity was a blessing to us, but sadly, Saturday September 20th will be our last day of service. After 42 years of having independent restaurants in the communities we have lived in, we look forward to this new chapter in our lives. From the bottom of our hearts, Thank You & God Bless you all.

It has been slightly cooler over the past couple of days, but we don't mind, because it provides ideal weather for enjoying a hot, steaming bowl of Pho. And if you are not up for a 15-20 minute drive into Ft Collins, you're in luck, because tonight and tomorrow evening are our monthly Asian Nites for August... and Mama Rose has prepared a large stockpot of her fragrant and delicious beef Pho broth. No, you will not find Chicken Pho here! We stick with tradition and make it with beef bones and a select blend of aromatics and spices that simmers all day. And if you're not feeling a bowl of Pho is your jam, we also have homemade Vietnamese Eggrolls, Rice Noodle Bowls and a selection of Chinese dishes to choose from as well. Getting out the chopsticks and taking the woks down for the Asian Nites we will have this week starting tomorrow (Tuesday 08/26) from 430-830 pm and continuing on Wednesday (08/27) same time. Mama Rose made her sublime Vietnamese Eggrolls and delicious Pho broth today. If you havent tried her homemade Vietnamese Eggrolls, you're really missing out-- you won't find any better unless you make a trip to Vietnam. Still have plenty of reservation spots available, give us a call @ 970 568 4139 to make one.

We are running our seasonal Palisade Peach specials, including our (almost famous) Chicken Palisade-- Almond crusted chicken breast topped with palisade peaches in a peach butter brandy sauce and the Peachy Keen Porkchops-- 2 boneless pork loin chops charbroiled and glazed with chef Papa's homemade peach BBQ sauce and a peach compote made of sauteed peaches, onions, and jalepenos. We also have the Italian Peach Shortcake--a butter poundcake spread with our homemade Amaretto mascarpone Mousse and topped with sliced fresh Palisade Peaches! It is so good! Talk about a nice way to end a meal! So come get them while you can because when Palisade Peach season is over, these dishes will go away until next August. Our next Asian Nites will be next week on Tuesday the 26th and Wednesday the 27th (8/26-27/25). Open 430-830pm. Reservations are highly recommended, please call us and speak with a real person @ 970-568-4139 with any questions or to make a reservation. Please do not leave a VM msg, we do not check the vm much bc it muffles whatever is said into it and we dont know what is said anyway. Take Out is available if the kitchen is not otherwise occupied with the needs of the dining room, some items are also not available for take out. Thank you for your support. We dont blame you if you dont feel like cooking tonight because its another scorching day here, so Mama Rose has got her BBQ grill out and running. Serving Italian Sausage, Brats, and all beef hotdogs, brushed with Chef Papa's homemade BBQ sauce and sauteed peppers and onions. Come on down and grab them before they're gone!
