The capstone of our new outdoor area created by master craftsman Derek Oliver. He has brought his medium of concrete back to The Wicked Oyster twenty-three years after building the beloved inside bar top. This time Derek is back to help launch our back bar with his artistry.

Derek uses concrete as a way of “taking what is normally seen as cold, hard, and utilitarian and making it smooth, soft and tactile.” We know this bar top will help create the perfect neighborhood centerpiece we’ve been building towards.

Fresh Wellfleet Shellfish Company lobster meat mixed to order with mayo and piquillo peppers. Served on a potato bun with Cape Cod Chips and pickles.
