PANINO CON LA PORCHETTA is back on Wed, 8/12! Pre orders start Wed at 8AM until sold out. Housemade porchetta, cured for five days with fennel, herbs, lemon zest, black pepper, and Calabrian chili. Inspired by a recent trip to Italy, we’re bringing this classic Italian sandwich to Spinello.
Housemade porchetta, cured for five days with fennel, herbs, lemon zest, black pepper, and Calabrian chili. Served on our 48-hour slow-fermented Spinello ciabatta with housemade salsa verde.
Available starting today, Aug 5, at 1 PM: in-store and online for pre-order until sold out.

What started with a love for Italian tradition, slow-fermented dough, and sharing great food has become something we’re incredibly grateful to share with this community.
