Fresh Local Yellowfin Tuna Has Arrived 🐟

Caught by our friend Ryan LeBrun, Captain of Top Shot Fishing, this incredible local yellowfin tuna is about as fresh as it gets.

Ryan runs his own boat and charter fishing operation, and after heading out to the canyons Sunday morning, he and his crew returned last night with some beautiful yellowfin tuna. We’re lucky to have fishermen like Ryan who take pride in bringing in top-quality fish and getting it to us at peak freshness.

Today we’re featuring:
• Fresh Yellowfin Tuna Steaks
• House-Made Tuna Poke
• Yellowfin Tuna Specials at Marden’s Table & Takeaway for Lunch & Dinner

From the canyons to our cutting room in just a matter of days, it doesn’t get much fresher than this.

Fresh from Nova Scotia.

Thanks to our friends at Mood Fisheries for packing today’s beautiful day boat halibut before its trip to Boston. We’ve been fortunate to build a great relationship with their team over the years, and they always make sure we’re getting some of the best-looking halibut on the boat.

Carefully handled, expertly packed, and arriving fresh this morning—ready for your dinner table.

That’s about as fresh as it gets.
