The wait is almost over! Our cedar plank sweet maple smoked salmon will be coming off the smoker soon and will be ready starting at 4:00 PM.

This flavorful salmon is slow smoked on cedar planks and finished with a sweet maple glaze, creating an incredible combination of cedar smoke and maple flavor.

Slow-Smoked Cedar Plank Norwegian Sweet Maple Bourbon Salmon — premium Norwegian salmon smoked low and slow over cedar planks and finished with a sweet maple bourbon glaze that takes this dish to another level.

Food so good the bears coming out!
Customer snapped a pic of a bear walking around up top, so I went to check it out and caught this on video.

I ask him what he’s doing up there and he goes,
“Yo… y’all got any more of them Coaltown burgers?”

I said, “Yeah, but it’s gonna cost you.”

He looks me dead in the eye like I just insulted his whole bloodline and says,
“I ain’t got no money. I’ll be back.”

So at this point we’re introducing a new policy:

Baby Bear Discount – 10% off burgers
Because apparently we’re not just feeding customers anymore… we’re running a full wildlife loyalty program.

Side note: he got his burger, he left without paying, but I’m pretty sure he said “put it on my tab.”
