LTC will be unfortunately closed today due to a family emergency. One of our chefs is currently in the hospital. Please wish Chef V a speedy recovery! He is the master behind the eggrolls we serve, that the community seems to love so much!

Mrs. Dolly Parton was one of the first country singers we listened to when we came into the United States! Although we didn't understand English back then, we loved her rhythm and fashion. She will forever have a very special place in our hearts.

This beautiful artwork by ALEXANDRIA MONIK can be seen in our restaurant. It sits below the wooden theater puppets from Thailand (hanging on our wall), because those puppets and Mrs. Parton have something in common: stories to tell.
