Boba Ice Cream Floats?! Sign us UP!

Had the opportunity to meet up with Sandy at Taste Of Happiness at the W**d Flee Market this weekend! This is a Taro Boba Ice Cream Float and it was AMAZING. They also have CRAB RANGOONS! Check them out the next time they're in the W**d Flee Market. ☆ This hit so perfectly, a thirst quenching sweet treat for the summer.

LTC will be closed this Saturday, August 22.

It is our culture's tradition to hold a memorial service for our loved ones 100 days after their funeral. This is called Boun 100 Vanh.

In this case, we will be doing a memorial service for Grandma K, who passed back in May 15th. Her memorial service will be this Sunday August 23rd, but we will be working on preparations for her memorial service on the 22nd. Thus, the restaurant will be completely closed.

What makes our pho special?

Our thai basil comes from our grandma's garden. Sometimes we'll have to run to the store to grab some when we're out and Grandma's basils aren't ready for harvesting, but for the most part, Grandma's thai basils are best. Our lemon grass also comes from her garden (for the most part)!

One of my favorite optional competitions was the National Costume competition. 🇱🇦✨

I was honored to wear my traditional Lao dress, proudly representing my heritage and culture. To make it uniquely me, I combined a pageant walk with graceful traditional Lao hand movements.

It was such a meaningful moment to celebrate where I come from while sharing a piece of my culture on stage. I truly believe pageantry is about more than beauty—it’s about embracing your story, honoring your roots, and inspiring others through authenticity. 💙
