Every Texan knows Queso is a very important part of the Tex-Mex experience. Ours is made with a creamy mix of Queso Quesadilla and golden American cheese, fire-roasted jalapeños, and chopped yellow onions.

Topped with house-made pico de gallo, it’s bold, cheesy perfection. We recommend putting it on everything.
