New menu items. Pulled pork or grilled chicken thigh sandwich topped with mango salsa or grilled pineapple, avocado, caramelized onions, and my roasted garlic teriyaki bbq sauce. Your choice of a side dish. Bbq baked beans, slaw, potato salad or pasta salad. And Fish Taco Fridays will be back. Also a chicken/pineapple sausage dog. Susie's bakery makes all of my bread as well!!

I now have Fish Taco Fridays. Swai fish. A very light and buttery fish. With a homemade yogurt sauce with a little kick. Cole slaw, caramelized onions amd/or pico de gallo. So tasty!!

I'm close to being done with my food trailer. I closed for a while to relocate. I'll be editing my menu as well. Look for a big bright orange trailer soon!!
