Some of you guessed it correctly... 👀
Mad Macs is opening a second truck!
That's right! We will be taking over the other food truck at Antebellum Ale House.
Don't worry, y'all. We're not going anywhere, and we'll still be serving up the smash burgers you know and love. 🍔🔥
But we're adding a twist...
🦬 Bison Burgers are coming to the menu! 🦬
As well as some of our brisket and Dr Pepper pulled pork you all know and love.
We're excited to officially introduce:

MAD MACS PRESENTS: BITES AT BELLUM
Join us this Thursday as we open the doors and start this new chapter. We can't wait to share what we've been working on with all of you.

Sunday–Wednesday: 11 AM–9 PM
Thursday–Saturday: 11 AM–11 PM
That's right — we're extending our hours to serve you better and give you more opportunities to get your Mad Macs favorites. From loaded Macs wings, melts, and more, we've got you covered later into the evening.
The support from this community has allowed us to continue growing, improving, and looking toward the future. We don't take that support for granted, and we're excited about what's ahead.
This hours update is just the beginning.
