I'm working on get the truck back active. I'll me located in North Richland Hills.

Sorry for taking so long away. I had accepted a job as a teacher and then had a family tragedy put everything on hiatus for a year and a half. I have the truck with me, am cleaning it up. I am currently looking for a commissary withing a reasonable distance.

If you have a location to recommend let me know. I'd love to get this great Cajun food too y'all as soon as possible.
