This week we’re giving the Flauta a major Fat Pants Friday makeover. Our version is totally jacked!

This beast boasts a ½ lb of tender, fall apart Pork Shoulder, two Blackened Chicken Breasts, four (4!) strips of our favorite Nueske’s Bacon, as well as Ham, and Sausage! Then we layer on even more flavor with Shredded Cheddar and Pico de Gallo, before rolling it all up tight in two large Flour Tortillas, brushing it with butter, and baking it until golden. As if that wasn't enough, it's smothered in molten Cheese Sauce, Jalapeño Crema, and Salsa Roja and then crowned with crispy tortilla chips, and fresh Pico de Gallo.

Garnished, as always, with our signature single, Grilled Asparagus Spear, so you can reassure your mama you’re eatin’ your greens!

At well over 3K calories, the rules remain the same:

Pizza? Sandwich? Pizza + Sandwich? Brilliant!

Somewhere between a meat lover's pizza, a sandwich and a dare, this week's special is going for maximum flavor and fun. Moderation isn’t even visible in the rear view mirror.

We slather four pieces of Naan with Marinara, then pile on plenty of Pepper Jack Cheese, Thick-Cut Ham, Andouille Sausage, Nueske Bacon (8 slices!!) and Bacon Jam. Then we stack two of those monsters together into one colossal pizza sandwich, drench it with Cheese Sauce and a bit of Sambal and nestle in a runny Fried Egg for good measure.

Of course, since we care about nutrition, we top the whole glorious mess with a single grilled Asparagus spear.

It's meaty.
It's savory.
It's cheesy.
It's ridiculously over-the-top.

This week FAT PANTS FRIDAY rides into the holiday weekend with absolutely no regard for moderation.

Meet the Triple-decker Cowboy Burger.

Three Beef Patties. BBQ Sauce. American Cheese. Andouille Sausage. Crispy Bacon. Onion Rings. All buried under an avalanche of Chorizo Cheese Sauce. Crowned with the one thing standing between this beast and complete and total decadence … our ubiquitous lone Grilled Asparagus Spear.

It’s smoky. It’s cheesy. It’s messy. And it’s exactly the kind of bad decision that tastes incredibly good.
