From scratch to plate, the Sweet Corn Cavatelli is dreamy. Tossed with smoked bacon, roasted red peppers, spinach, and a rich sweet corn cream, then topped with a perfectly poached egg* and parmesan. This one might just have earned a permanent spot on the menu.
