Hey there, Haywood family! Today we're celebrating the man who started it all. Happy birthday, Joe Beasley!

In 2013, Joe opened the doors in Waynesville with a simple idea: slow-smoked barbecue done right, cooked by temperature, never time, and served like family. That idea still lights every fire in our pits today.

Joe, thank you for building something this whole community gets to share, and for reminding all of us why we do things the old way, sometimes the hard way. We're proud to carry it forward.

It's Smokehouse Friday! The smoke is rolling and we're ready to help you celebrate proper with some fantastic Pitmaster's Specials.
