We made our first Torta di Mandorle e Arancia today as a test run for our 5th Anniversary menu. This is a traditional Sicilian cake is made of pureed oranges, almonds, and love. Our Stuffed Calamari is showing off tonight — packed with a savory mix of chopped calamari, herbs, anchovies, olives, capers, parmesan, and those fiery Calabrian peppers we all adore.
All nestled into a velvety white wine–tomato bath that tastes like summer evenings and good decisions.
