Boy when we named our business Deli and Dogs we werent really thinking it would have a dual meaning. We have had a uptick in lonely visitors with wagging tails out here.

Maybe they know about this week's SPECIAL and are trying to reserve one? Or maybe this is what people mean by the Dog days of Summer?

Saturday....HEY HEY HEY ITS OLD TIMERS DAY! We will be in Collinwood with a specialized menu. Super Stoked for this one. We attended as a family last year and it was magical. Such a Storybook Small Southern Town Event.

The Steakhouse Roast Beef Swiss Dip - Our Tender, Juicy Roast Beef dipped in our Au Jus on top of a Toasted Sub Roll dressed an herbed Butter, 2 Pieces of Melted Swiss, Grilled Mushrooms and Onions that have have a drip of that Au jus dip added, seasoned with a Garlic Truffle Steakhouse Seasoning topped with a Garlic Parmesan Mayo $11
Here is the caviat to this dish...Smaller than the last as we were forced to use a different Roll (couldnt get the other) so we are doing it for $11 versus the $12. Dont worry...You will get your fill!

We will have Shacked Up Baked Beans to kick the week off at Homebase.
Baked Beans tossed with Ground Beef seasoned with Bacon, Maple, Celery, Onions and all sorts of good sh.......tuff then baked for a deep rich flavor. Add these for $2.00

Elton John sand Saturday Nights Alright for Fighting but I say Saturday Night is Alright for Biting.....into something delicious. We will be Open tonight from 5 to 8.

We are currently Sold Out of Corned Beef.

We will have our Burgers tonight with an A1 Steakhouse Burger. Our 1/3 lb All Beef Patty from 64 Beef topped with A1 Steak sauce, Grilled Red Onions, Crispy Thick Cut Bacon your Choice of Cheese, Mayo Lettuce and Tomato for $10

I had originally planned on aKey Lime Cup tonight however I was unable to get the appropriate product so we are going to do a Pucker Up Lemon Cup Dessert. A Ginger Snap and Lemon Cookie Crumble topped with a Lemon Pie Filling, Lemon Cream Cheese Whip topped with a Light Whip Cream for $2

The Team is Pinked out in honor of Dolly today! We have a Creamy Shrimp Bisque that was made with a Shrimp Reduction featuring Celery, Onions and Garlic along with Old Bay and some Creole Spices with a pound of Shrimp that has been pureed right in with a soup along with a touch of Tomato. $2 for a cup or $1.00 if you skip the Chips.

We have our Fantastic Friday Burgers!

I felt like a real BEACH today, ya'all just kept coming in waves, crashing your love for Jack's Shack Deli and Dogs upon us but thankfully no sand between the buns AH HA HA HA HA! I LOVE THIS GIG, THIS TOWN THIS COUNTY AND YOU!

Tomorrow Burgers! Tomorrow, Shrimp Bisque will be our Special. I will provide all the Fabulous Friday details first thing in the morning as my buns are fully toasted and ready for a little R and R!

Good Morning Wayne County! Today will be the last day for our Southern Lovin Shrimp and Grits as we will be bringing on the Burgers tomorrow and there is not enough grill space for both. This Special has made up easily 80 percent of our orders this week.

I was going to do some smokey Baked Beans for ya'all Friday however I am going to do a quick pivot and do a Shrimp Bisque Friday instead, we have the product so why not right?

We will go over the details this evening.

2 More Squatch have been Dropped. This time closer to Homebase, lets see who will win this race.

Mr and Mrs Squatch had errands to run, to split up would be the best way handle all the things that need to be done. Mr. Squatch went for SUPPLIES to make some DINNER and the Mrs. hoped to find something SPARKLY that would fit her.
