Sorry for the delay in posting! We had a family emergency that took my attention for a few days. I’ve got the trailer cleaned up, loaded up and ready for 2 days of service!!

Been a very busy week so far on the family side now I’m shifting gears to a busy end of the week business wise! Yall have spoken and I have listened 🥰 The Ruben egg roll has made its way back to the menu!

Well it’s been a week! We had to make the opening larger than it was so the awning had to come off and looooots of holes filled, which made my poor trailer look rough… which means she got a little mini Reno along with a new window. Also, finally found a buyer for my hood vent so that hole had to get covered and sealed up. Needless to say we are FINALLY ready for operation again.

Finish the rest of the renovation this winter 🥰

We WILL be at the market in the morning!
