If you’re out and about in Middle Tennessee this weekend, especially around Lynchburg near Jack Daniel’s, let me recommend a great place to eat: Barrel House BBQ in Lynchburg, right off the public square. It’s as good a Middle Tennessee barbecue as you’ll find anywhere. My personal favorite? The ‘Grilled Cheese on Crack’—just addictive. Check them out!

I had a chance to visit one of my favorite markets in the country today—Center Hill Market, located on Alabama Highway 64 in Lauderdale County. Every time I go, it takes me back—whether it’s a classic bologna sandwich, a fresh pizza, or a quick stop for plumbing supplies.
