sale fell through so i’m posting the ice cream shop again. i had a lot of ppl message about it and it’s easier to just post again. There is someone speaking to the bank about it right now but it’s basically whoever can get it first. The building needs to be rented so it’s not just sitting there without being used. Just selling because i don’t have the time to put into it and whoever gets it is going to HAVE to be there most of the time. It is not something that can be ran by teenagers alone. We have ballgames pretty much every weekend so that’s not an option for me 😞 It literally has everything ready for it to be opened tomorrow! 🥰

i included a few pictures to show what kind of barstools and stuff like that is in there. It would be a perfect place to do a coffee shop as well. We did really well with birthday parties too! 🙂 There’s a lot more stuff in there this is just the only pics i had on my phone. :)
