They’re serving up delicious fresh bagels Mon-Wed as well as Friday and Saturday from 7 am till 11 pm (or until sold out). Jean-Paul’s bagels are a true labor of love, taking 2 whole days to make! If you haven’t had a chance to check them out yet, we highly recommend you do 🥯 ☕️ 🥯

Coffee, anywhere. We chose our trusty house medium blend Watershed as our first instant coffee with and it is perfection. These are perfect for traveling, backpacking, or whenever you're far from your normal brewing tools. All you need is hot water and a cup, and you're on your way.

Our bags might be brand new but the coffee is the same. For us roasting is a work of care, creating consistent roasts with the flavors and character we love in a way that honors the beans we source. We hope you can taste all that care, whether it's our South Paw espresso, an Ethiopian pour over, and Mexican aeropress, or our ever steady Watershed on drip.
