To our dearest friends and family:

After long debate we have decided to close our Waynesboro location. This decision has been anything but easy, and has come after many long conversations, thoughts, and debates from our friends and loved ones.

We are happy to announce we will be opening our next location in central PA, spring 2022 so you will still get to enjoy all things Warner’s!

We’re even more excited to announce after careful consideration, we have chosen our successor, the next generation of “Do-Gooders” who we are confident will not only fill our bellies with delicious comfort food, but will also continue good works in the community.

We are collaborating with The Crispy Biscuit, a 50s style diner serving vintage style platters paired with old fashioned values.

Part of their commitment includes choosing an out reach every month to give back to the community. For the month of November, they will be preparing and donating Thanksgiving style meal boxes to locals who may not have a special meal that day otherwise.

We’re excited to see where this next adventure will take us and hope to have you along every step of the way! We can’t wait to find more ways to and share them with you

We will be opening at 3pm today due to scheduling conflicts.

As many of our loving Warner’s family already know, we have taken a “step back” to refocus our commitment to the community and redefine how and where we strive to make an impact.

I want to personally thank all of you for your support and patronage. Because of your partnership we have done things here in the Waynesboro community I only could have only once imagined, and for that I’m touched and grateful.

We’re entering into this next stage of life with an unwavering commitment to helping families living in poverty. Be on the lookout for announcements on how and where we will be focusing those efforts. Although nerve racking, you have shown me what is possible when we work together to make an impact and what change can come about when we spend our time doing what we love.

Closed today Sept 5th, 2021.

Due to possible COVID 19 exposure we will be closed today Sept 5th - Sept 6th with plans to reopen Tuesday Sept 7th at 12pm.

At this time none of our employees have had a positive test result, but as a safety measure we will remain closed until all results have been received. Additionally, we are reinforcing our masking policy for guests while in store. When about the Shoppe masks should be worn, whenever seated masks may be off.

Thank you everyone for your patience and understanding during this extraordinary difficult time. We will continue to take measures to keep you and your families safe including the continuation of cleaning and sanitation efforts in store.

We are looking for a results driven retail store manager to be responsible for the overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in food service, employee recruitment, or retail management. Store manager responsibilities may include supervising assistant store managers.

Responsibilities

Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability

Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff

Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc

Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
