10 years. Countless plates. Countless memories. Countless moments we’ll carry with us forever.
On August 25, 2016, we opened the doors to Viaggio for the very first time. We had no idea exactly what the next decade would hold, only that we wanted to create a place centered around food we believed in, people we cared about, and an experience worth coming back to.
Every day since has given us another reason to be grateful.
To every guest who has walked through our doors and chosen to spend a piece of their life with us, whether it was a first date, an anniversary, a birthday, a celebration, a random Wednesday night, or simply dinner with the people you love, thank you.
Thank you for trusting us with your tables, your milestones, your traditions, and your memories. Thank you for ordering the dishes we poured our hearts into, for coming back for your favorites, for bringing your friends and families, and for allowing Viaggio to become a small part of your lives.
And to every person who has ever been part of our team, past and present, this restaurant would not exist without you. Every plate served, every table set, every late night, every busy service, every laugh in the kitchen, and every ounce of care you have given this place helped make Viaggio what it is today.
Restaurants are built with food, but they become something more because of the people inside them.
For 10 years, you’ve given Viaggio a life far beyond what we could have imagined when we opened those doors in 2016.
A decade later, we still get to walk through them every day and do what we love.
That is something we will never stop being grateful for.
