Welcome to October!
It's Pink month and tomorrow is the Power of Pink Day!
If you work in an office, please consider having everyone make a donation to wear pink tomorrow and donate that to my Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Campaign.
In 4 days, on Saturday many communities around the country will walk in memory, honor or in hope of someone with breast cancer. Sadly, I will miss my walk in Detroit to go on an Avon cruise I achieved. My heart will still be there with all of my "Pink Family". I will be at the Ann Arbor event on Saturday, October 12th.
In two weeks, on Tuesday, October 15th Please join me and Catrina Staats from Homestead Kitchen at the Westland Texas Roadhouse for their dine to donate. 10% of all food purchased if you present the attached flyer will go to Making Strides Against Breast Cancer of Detroit. We will have yummy baked goods available for sale with proceeds from the bake sale also going to Making Strides Against Breast Cancer. Please consider a donation to this worthy cause in memory, honor or hope of someone you know who is or has battled with Breast Cancer. I do this in Memory of my Mom, Aunt Donna, Aunt Marie, Aunt Libby, Cousin Mary, and in Honor of my Cousin Roberta Meloche and many other friends and family!
Anyone making a donation of $25 or more to my Strides Account during the month of October will go into a drawing to win a pair of LG Tone FREE earbuds valued at $179.
