BIG NEWS FOR TUSCAN SLICE. ❗️

Some things are worth carrying forward.

After more than 16 years of serving Ellis County, Tuscan Slice is officially entering a new chapter under Ellis County Hospitality Group, led by Jonathan and Aimee Evola.

What started as a family dream has grown into a restaurant filled with countless meals, celebrations, friendships, and memories and we’re incredibly grateful to be part of its next chapter.

Our promise is simple: honor what makes Tuscan Slice special while continuing to give our community a place to gather, eat well, and feel at home.

To everyone who has supported Tuscan Slice over the years …thank you. We wouldn’t be here without you.
