While raising our kids, one of our favorite times of the year was Back-to-School time. And not just because it had been a long summer 🤪🥰
Something about starting off on a clean slate with new clothes, new school supplies and structure to our schedule made us all take a sigh of relief.
As a business, one of our core values is giving back to our community. Nothing makes us happier than to support the community that supports us.
For the fourth year in a row, our business has purchased school supplies with a drawstring sack to give away for 75 students.
While these won’t be all of the supplies you’ll need, we hope they will be a good start to help.
We don’t care your income bracket, your employment status, if you’re on free/reduced lunch. All that matters to us is that these supplies go to students who need them.
If you’re a parent who could use a little extra help this school year, simply drop on in and pick up a bag or 3, however many you need, but please only one bag per child. We’re on the honor system here & we trust you. We won’t ask you to give us your name or sign anything. Your child/ren do not need to be present.
You do NOT need to be a customer, or dine with us to pick up the supplies.
You don’t even have to like us ❤️
These will be given on a first come first served basis until we run out. Last year, these were all handed out within an hour. We will not hold any bags back if you call or message us.
We will begin handing them out on WEDNESDAY, July 29 at 11am, at our Downtown Waverly restaurant location.
