“Are you still baking?”
It’s still my favorite question.

I still do, just not as much as I used to (see last slide: our third baby, Lake, born this year).

11 years ago today we opened the Sweet Tooth storefront in Elm Grove. Three years later I transitioned to appointment only hours in the Fifth Ward. And three years ago we built a bakery space, so that all of my work could be done in-home.

Thank you to our loyal customers, many who have been with us beyond 11 years. You all gave us a chance, and gave us the courage to keep going. Looking at birthday cakes, wedding cakes, .weinkauf wedding favors, for every stinkin event you host and the many girlfriends’ weddings that I got to be a part of.

Here’s some fun stuff we got to work on in our 10th and 11th year.

We’re doing something that Sweet Tooth hasn’t done in years. Pie sign up is now open for Thanksgiving 🦃
We’re making completely homemade, from scratch ((and decorated!)) apple and pumpkin pies. Turkey sugar cookies are also for sale, starting in packs of 6. DM for cost, questions or to place an order. Space is limited and orders are first come first serve.
Everything will be available the Tuesday and Wednesday before Thanksgiving - and we can deliver.

Sweet Tooth opened on Thursday, August 14, 2014. We’re taking a look back at nine favorite moments from our history. Baking today to celebrate (and taking a rainy day nap). Thank you to all of our vendor partners, family and friends (especially my Dad, husband and brothers for countless hours of dish washing) for their support.
