These are some of the words being spoken of in memory of Kim Peot, a long-time, impactful, and loved former member of the Eddie Martini's family.

Kim was all about connection. Connecting new employees at Eddie's to the regular guests, so that great service could happen even when she wasn't there. Connecting co-workers to each other, whether through home-cooked meals brought in to share or inviting those co-workers to her home. If you were at the airport, she told you to look for her at Eddie's, and if you were at Eddie's, she told you to look for her at the airport.

It was hard to find a picture of her alone, because she always had someone on her arm, in an embrace, or with heads thrown back in laughter.

Her impact has remained to this day, from the inside jokes that those of us who worked with her still laugh about, to the now multiple generations of families and professional people that still come here because of the foundation that Kim built with them.

Rest in peace, Kim. Know that when people see this picture and think of you, they will undoubtedly smile. They will smile for the service to others, the care you provided, and the love that you shared.
