From the work of the former developer, who literally laid the foundation; through the assistance of the City of Wauseon and the State of Ohio; to all the local contractors who built this facility, brick by brick; and finally, to all of our associates who have worked so hard to make this a reality. What’s for lunch today?

How about a Giant Corned Beef and Pastrami Sandwich? This beauty is stacked on an onion roll with 1000 island, mustard, and swiss cheese, and comes with a side of french fries for $18. The corned beef was slow-roasted in house all night, and the pastrami was just freshly sliced!
