Growing up, this appetizer was a staple at events with liquor. 😋 I was always looking forward to enjoy this dish!

Today, it's not an appetizer dish anymore. It's the main dish, and literally the appetizer is what the dish name is Ntxuag.
I love to roll a ball of sticky rice and dip with the sauce and then enjoy the bites of skin-on pork belly. Pure bliss! 🍚🍖
