Sometimes looking at the sky, you feel the presence that you’re being watched over by an angel or loved one. Last night I had a moment as such & narrowly escaped some deer. Drive safe, eat sweets, & smile!(it goes a long way)

Supplying restaurants & doing a wedding all in the same week has me making these puff shells for almost the whole day! I have yet to make a handful more sweets for tomorrow & a wedding for Saturday.

This makes me take a step back and realize that compared to last year, there’s a bit more business to not only grateful for but also PROUD of. Patting myself on the back for what I’ve accomplished. Anyways…this work ain’t gonna get done itself! 😮‍💨
